Temple’s Sugar Bush Wedding: Lindsay + Shawn

Temples-Sugar-Bush-Wedding-Perth-Stephanie-Beach-Photography August 18, 2018 was definitely the date we had the absolute most inquiries for this year. Every year over the past little while has had a neat looking date and this year so many couples wanted 18/08/18 on their invites. Now, I know a lot of couples got married on this day, and I am sure they were some really good ones out there too, but I really do think Dave and I hit the jackpot as we got to work with Lindsay + Shawn and their absolutely wonderful group of family and friends. So yeah, I think we won!

Aside from it being on such a popular date, Lindsay + Shawn’s wedding day is without questions a memorable one for us for oh so many reasons: the beautiful (albeit hot) weather; the hilarious speeches (and surprise visit from a very special Uncle); awesome details throughout their entire day; and of course the fact that we got to spend the day at one of our favourite venues in the area didn’t hurt either. There was a hiccup or two throughout the day, and the emergency kit was definitely need during bridal prep, but none of that had a chance of dampening anyone’s spirits, or at least, not for very long. And as it often is, the thing that really made the day so special and a wedding day we will definitely remember, were the people.

Lindsay + Shawn really are two of the nicest people out there. Their amazing personalities have allowed them to surround themselves with some equally fantastic people who really made the day so incredibly fun (and funny)! We had an absolute blast during their coverage and the fun (and shenanigans) continued all the way into their reception and photo booth!
