This is exactly what Sarah + Kelvin chose to do for their session and Aquatopia was such a great choice of venue!
The area is still flooded with gorgeous natural light, the surrounding (outdoor) area is nice and snowy for those few trips outside, while inside is toasty warm with tons of greenery to incorporate into the photos! I absolutely loved it! But what I loved more was how amazing Sarah + Kelvin were through the entire session!
They nailed everything I threw their way and Kelvin even tossed in some advanced posing moves all on his own within the first 15 minutes or so of their session! Seriously, these guys were absolute pros! And of course, they brought along their awesome pup, Maya! You all know how much I love dogs, especially when I get to include them in sessions, so I was super excited that Maya was able to join them for their photos! And, how precious is she in her little Dog of Honour bandanna?!
Add to all that amazing awesomeness two people who clearly love each other so very much and are just so genuinely kind, and you definitely have a dream session!! I loved every minute of Sarah + Kelvin’s engagement session and getting to hang out with these two fantastic people again, and honestly it just makes me so excited for their wedding day this summer – and after seeing how cold Kelvin was on this rather warm winter day, I see now why they picked a summer wedding date 😉
