But even if the session hadn’t been so naturally wonderful just based on the fact that I love my job and was getting to capture such a special moment in a family’s life, it would have left happy because I got to hang out with Marie-France + Robert again!
I first got to work with Marie-France + Robert a few years ago when I captured their engagement session. It was definitely quite a chilly day, particularly for MF as she had a gorgeous, partially-backless shirt on, but these two made it feel like the middle of July as they absolutely rocked every single photo! And over 2 and half years later, they still know how to rock a photo and how to make a great location an absolutely amazing one!
I had just the best time getting to catch up with these two wonderful soon-to-be-parents. We got to chat about their destination wedding day last year and of course about their baby name plans (let’s share those a little later on though), and just about life in general. And we did it all while making our way through one of my favourite little trails. Side note: huge props to MF for doing a bit of off-roading (carefully of course) to be able to get some waterfront photos!! And if all of this, and these gorgeous photos, weren’t enough goodness – I get to not only hang out with them again very soon, but I get to meet that undoubtedly adorable baby too!
