Their wedding day was wet and cold. To be more precise, their wedding day was very wet and very cold. But everything about Lisa + Bryson’s day was still gorgeous and full of love. And to make matters even better, everyone was super chill that day. From the Bride and Groom, their entire bridal party and family even down to their guests, everyone was so calm all day long, despite the ever changing plans due to the weather. It was such a joy to photograph such a relaxed and fun wedding.

Ottawa Farm Wedding: Lisa + Bryson, Sneak Peek
Lisa + Bryson’s engagement session was one of my favourites to date, despite how many times I fell in the snow. These two were so much fun to be around on that day that I knew their wedding was going to be no different. Their entire bridal party and all of their friends and family were such a blast all day long that they made the cold, rainy day seem warm and cheery. And as an added bonus, these two really, really know how to sizzle in front of my lens!!

Testimonial Highlight #5
It was cold and my pants were a solid block of ice by the end of their session, but Lisa + Bryson‘s engagement shoot was so much fun. I am far from the most graceful of person, so there were quite a few dips into the snow and I think I may have dropped a lens cap once or twice, but we got some absolutely amazing photos!! I absolutely adore this couple and I can’t wait until September when they step in front of my camera again, but this time it will be warmer and they will be married!
Winter Farm Engagement Session: Lisa + Bryson
Like I mentioned in Lisa+ Bryson’s sneak peek, I love the country. I truly love almost everything about the country and perhaps some day I will move away from the city and back to the serenity of the country. I also mentioned in their sneak peek, that I was so thrilled when Lisa + Bryson wanted to do their engagement session on Bryson’s family farm. Despite the bone-chilling wind, the weather was near perfect for a winter engagement session and the sky was unbelievably blue!! There were a couple dips into the snow but we had a great time. The weather, the setting and this amazing couple made for some fantastic images!
