The Beauty of Winter, Part 2

Some time ago Ottawa got a new bridge. This new bridge made it so we could take a whole new route across the city. This new route is a million times better than our old route as it is faster, more convenient, and just darn prettier. So pretty in fact, that recently we ventured out with cameras in hand to capture some of the beauty of this new (to us) area.

The area is gorgeous all year round but the simple beauty of the winter scenes really caught my eye. I love birch trees and I have some plans for these ones in particular, but wanted to share these images with all of you before I finished up my other plans.
