Once again, I don’t know where to start when it comes to this wedding. There have been so many wonderful couples this year who have waited so long for their wedding day to come, and Danielle + Trevor were definitely in that list. Strathmere Lodge Wedding: Samantha + Damjan
Samantha + Damjan may just be the most awesome people ever! Not only are they drop dead gorgeous, but they are genuinely kind, thoughtful and loving too! Throw into all of that their two adorable children (who hijacked their ceremony) and all of their incredibly fun friends and family and this was definitely a wedding day we will never forget!!

Strathmere Inn & Lonestar Ranch Wedding: Jolani + Josh
So I really like my birthday – like really like it. I am actually the type of person to give myself not only a birthday week, but a birthday month! But historically, I have never been able to celebrate my birthday on the actual day. When I was in university, exams always ruined the birthday spirit and all the celebrations would be postponed until after everyone had suffered through all their tests. Then when I was working as an engineer, the end of March was one of the absolute busiest times of the year and everything would once again get pushed a week or so. So when I starting working for just myself, I figured I would be able to set the day aside for celebrations – but that only works if you don’t book anything on the date.
But I didn’t mind sharing the date with Jolani + Josh for even a second! These two are so kind and wonderful that I had no problems postponing my birthday celebrations a little bit to be able to capture their wedding day! And as an added bonus, these amazing people took time out of their special day to highlight my birthday by gifting us a delicious birthday cake – how cool is that?!

Brookstreet Hotel Wedding: Jessica + Steve
The wonderful Master of Ceremonies for Jessica + Steve’s wedding reception kicked off the festivities by letting everyone know that the Captain had put on the fasten seat belt sign and then proceeded to outline where everyone could find the emergency exits. In fact, there were more than a few flight jokes throughout their entire wedding day, but really that should have been expected considering that both the bride and groom (and several other guests) work for (and met at) Porter Airlines. And luckily, despite the shenanigans and general fun-nature of the entire wedding party, Steve only used hisĀ pilot voice for fun and didn’t have to whip it out to get anyone back in line throughout the day.
