It has been a true joy to be able to capture so many of Katherine + Mike’s milestones over the years and getting to see them as parents really is the icing on the cake. I’m going back into the large backlog of sessions needing to be blogged and finally getting around to sharing Djuna’s amazing Sitter Session! This darling little girl is a fair bit bigger these days, but she’s just as cute today as she was when she was about 6 months old. Huge thanks to her moms for bringing her in and letting me put so many cute little outfits on her!

Well folks, it’s been quite a while since I posted on this blog, and even longer since I blogged regularly. I used to be so diligent about blogging sessions right away, usually the same day clients got their images. And then life got busy and I just paused things, and that naturally lead to stopping things. But I am back again. And this time I am going to be trying extra hard to get back to a regular schedule.
And I don’t think there is a better way to kick things off then with this darling girl!
Eliza just had her Sitter Milestone Session . It was part of her First Year Photo Sessions and oh my goodness, was it ever cute!
I am always so incredibly impressed when I get to work with this amazing family. Not only are the kiddos extremely well behaved, but they are kind and thoughtful of one another, and super helpful to me too! Every time they have joined me in the studio, or we have met at a park for a family session, all four of these little ones and their wonderful parents have been an absolute joy to be around. And things weren’t any different for Cedric’s First Year Portraits and Cake Smash Session.

I love milestone sessions! Not only do I get to hang out with wee babes just that little bit more before they grow up, I get to watch and document them as they do it!
Little Baby Leo came with his entire family and entourage for his 100 Days Milestone Session and it was so nice to be able to see his loved ones rally around him to celebrate this moment in his life. 100 Days is an important milestone in the Chinese culture as it represents the wish that the baby will live 100 years and reaches longevity, and it was such an honour to be able to capture this special day for this wonderful family!
