Sahar + Payman’s engagement party was one of the most detailed focused events I have covered to date. She had spent so much time with her friends and family making so many gorgeous details, it was simply stunning and definitely a treat to photograph. Add to all of that detailed beauty, the lovely couple and their amazing friends and family and this was definitely a great way for me to end the 2014 year.
After some time spent shooting the venue and decor, I got a few seconds with Sahar and her lovely ladies before they headed over to their ceremony where Sahar + Payman became married in the eyes of their religion. Again, all of those details gave me the chance to get some very interesting images during their ceremony, and all of the beautiful people sure did make my job easier. We then got to the party, and boy oh boy did these guys know how to have a good time!
Sahar + Payman had their event at the Centurion Centre here in Ottawa which is lovely on its own, but since it was only a few days before Christmas, it was even more beautiful with all the holiday decor. We also got a few minutes to take advantage of their gorgeous Bridal Suite for some portraits. I absolutely loved the glamorous Hollywood hair style and makeup Sahar had and it matched the style of the suite perfectly.
Their engagement party was so lovely and fun, it was such a great end to a wonderful year. Thank you to both of you and your family for letting me capture and share in your evening.
