When 2018 started I was really worried that I wouldn’t be able to hit my goal numbers for weddings and sessions. But really I just had to have faith that things would work out (provided I put in the work of course), because in the end, this year was absolutely amazing!

Dear 2018, Thank You
My end-of-the-year blog posts have grown in number over the years, but it is my annual Thank You post that really puts things in perspective for me. I have such an incredible job in which I get to be a part of some really special moments. Our clients invite me into their wedding days, their homes and their families to do my work and when I sit down to write out this post I really am so humbled by the amazing experiences I get to be a part of each year.
Ottawa Wedding Show, Spring 2018
We have been attending the Ottawa Wedding Show for a few years now and I have yet to be disappointed with the quality of the show or the return on investment for us, but this year was even more amazing than previous years.
Our Photo Booths
We’ve offered Photo Booths as part of our services for quite a while now, but just as this last wedding season was getting started we did a complete overhaul of our system and I am so incredibly happy with how it has come out!!
Tie the Knot Wedding Show, 2018
This past weekend was not only a great one because Dave and I decided to take some time to just relax and basically do nothing for a couple days, but it was also great because we were a part of the Tie the Knot Wedding Show. We were so happy to be part of this show again this year and had such a great time chatting with all the wonderful couples planning their wedding days. We also got to chat with some of the truly amazing people in the wedding industry in Ottawa, and that is always a blast!
