Among the heat, the humidity and the construction of downtown Ottawa on the evening of Tina + Kari’s session was their genuine kindness, laughter and love. And to say it was an honour to share an evening with these two would truly be an understatement.
When I was in university I used to venture down to Parliament Hill with my little Kodak point-and-shoot camera and take as many photos as I could. I preferred going in the evening when there was less heat and smaller crowds. IĀ found myself drawn to the architecture and history of it all. And walking around the area with Tina + Kari brought back some really great memories of those days. I chatted about a lot of thing when we were together, but I can’t remember if I mentioned that one specifically. I honestly felt like I could have chatted with them for ages as they are just such great people. I am so happy I met them back in March and even happier that I got a chance to work with them now!
