Since leaving my office job and turning my photography business into my sole profession I have prefaced all face-to-face conversations with the fact that I don’t see or talk to many people throughout the workweek. Whether it’s a client consult or a session, the lack of human interaction throughout the day leads me to be a wee bit rambly when I finally meet up with actual people. And of course, that has only gotten amplified since covid came to be. But lucky for me I get to work with some truly delightful, and apparently patient, people because even after all my rambling throughout their session and seemingly never-ending stories as we chatted in the parking lot afterwards, Alexandra + Ryan stuck it out.
But as lovely as their company was, and it really was great, there photos turned out even better! Their natural adorableness and sweetness shone through each and every photo, which actually made it nearly impossible to pick a sneak peek image. I changed it so many times leading up to posting it, including when I was writing the thing and seconds from hitting publish (or share, or whatever button I press to send them image off). So I am pretty happy to finally be sharing more of their images here because I can just keep making the photos part of this blog post longer and longer, haha!
And of course, the already amazing session was turned into perfection as we stumbled across a beautiful willow tree right as we were finishing up. Now if you know me at all, you already know that I am a sucker for willow trees and pretty much have to incorporate them into a session anytime I find one. And luckily, Alex felt the same way!!
I really did have just the bestest time strolling through the forest with Alexandra + Ryan and it got me even more excited for their wedding day than I already was! I mean, I think we are all pretty much done with 2020 so why not start dreaming of all those wonderful 2021 weddings!
