Our absolute favourite wedding couples find us through referrals from their family and friends. Whenever a past client sends us someone from their circle, I know it is going to be amazing because we have just the most amazing clients!
So when Christiane + Adam got in touch with us I knew we had to sit down and chat about their day. And I am so glad we did, because it was absolute magic!!
Once everyone was ready and most of the portraits were taken, we got to enjoy one of the most unique wedding venues in the City, The Orange Art Gallery. As soon as I heard about their wedding venue I knew this was going to be such a great place for us to capture their wedding. The creativity is just oozing out of this place full of such great, and ever-changing art, and Christiane + Adam had embraced the character of it all into their wedding day with nods here and there (more to come on these later on of course).
It is a smaller venue, but absolutely perfect for an intimate wedding full of such fantastic people and it has such great spots for a few additional photos after the ceremony (yay!). And of course, the orange colour throughout the venue worked so nicely with Christiane + Adam’s plum purple wedding colours, everything popped so beautifully!
I loved getting to know this wonderful couple as they planned their wedding day and am so thankful that one of our favourite previous couples sent them our way. Being part of their big day was not only an honour, but a true pleasure. They are such kind and thoughtful people with so much love for not only each other, but for their family and friends as well. Their wedding was the last of our 2016 season and I honestly can’t think of a better way to wrap up this unbelievable year!
