I think we all have our favourite places, both in our homes and outside in the real world. For me, my favourite places are almost all inside my cozy home, where I don’t have to worry about what I’m wearing or how my hair is doing that day, but when it comes to outdoor places – this little forest nestled nearby is definitely high up on the list! And I am so glad Christine + Sam loved it too! Although, the ice-covered hill going in both directions did take the awesomeness of this place down just a tad on this particular day.

So a little bid of my driving adventures before we get into the real post – not more than 30 minutes before I arrived for Kirsten + Kyle’s engagement session, my car was pretty much in a ditch and needed to be pulled out by the super nice farmer Paul and his tractor. So to say that driving down to Perth was a bit treacherous at times is a little bit of an understatement.
Oh my goodness guys – Shannon + Erin’s wedding was freaking AMAZING!! Honestly, everything about it made me so deliriously happy! And it did so in the windchill-filled, -40 degree, winter weather, it was just that good!
The 2018 wedding season was pretty darn amazing and I don’t think there could have been any better way to wrap up all this amazing-ness than with Emilie + Maxie’s wedding day! Not only was it at one of our absolute favourite venues, but these two were just about the sweetest, cutest people we have ever worked with! And they of course included their baby boy – I mean, does it get any cuter than a baby in a suit?!
