I don’t know about you, but I don’t actually work very well in a completely silent area. I need something going to be able to be my most productive. When I worked in an office, that was pretty much always music, but now that my boss is super duper cool, I get to watch TV (get it, my boss is cool because I am my boss — haha, I am so funny! 😉 ). That being said, whenever I need to write anything, I just can’t do it if there are voices coming at me, meaning TV is out and actually most music is too as the lyrics distract me from writing. So, long story short, I am sitting here writing about this truly amazing sessions I had with Kristina, Joel and their adorable little boy Zach while listening to some great gaming soundtracks!
But what really matters right now is this awesome family and the wonderful time I had with them strolling through one of my all-time favourite spots in the west end. It was literally the perfect Fall day, complete with blue sky, golden leaves and a temperature that allowed for sweaters but not sweat. But you know what’s better than the perfect Fall day (and yes, those things do exist, even for this true fan of Fall)? This little baby!!
I mean, just look at him! He is literally the smiliest, happiest little dude I have ever had the joy to work with and he kept all of us full of smiles too! He did have about two seconds of grouchiness right at the end of his session, but some weird faces and the bumpy trail made him feel all better again and ready for a few more photos before we wrapped things up.
And if babies aren’t your thing, then let’s just focus on Jake (although I am a little confused as to why you are reading a family blog if you aren’t into families and little ones). This pup was pretty much just as smile-inducing as little Zach was. And such a good boy, there were quite a few people out on the trails this past weekend and although Jake definitely wanted to go say hello to each and every group, he was so well behaved and stuck with him family. And of course, in return he gots lots of pets and praise, and a few treats too.
