So I realized this morning that I forgot to share Kirsten + Kyle’s maternity photos. How did I end up remembering you ask? Well, I thought about it while I was setting up the studio for they baby’s newborn session, haha!

I don’t know how I could have possibly forgot about it, as this session was truly epic! Although, really, by this point I should just know that these guys are the ultimate rock stars and just so all-around amazing, especially in front of the camera.

2020 Favourites: Families + Newborns

I started shooting family session about a year after I started weddings, and honestly, I have loved every minute of it! Not only do I get to work with some of the best families and most hilarious kiddos, but I get to see our couples and families as they start and grow their families over the years! It really is such a treat to be able to watch these tiny babes grow into super fun kids full of spunk and personality! So with that all said, I think it is only fitting to wrap-up the 2020 year that was filled with so many wonderful family sessions!

Ottawa Studio Newborn Photography: Cedric

It is always so special to have families return to us as their family grows up and grows larger. I had the pleasure of first working with the Roses just before the first pandemic shutdown back in March as their then youngest was turning one. I had such a super fun time hanging out with Tobias and his big sisters so when I learned that their family was expanding I was super pumped! And Baby Cedric definitely didn’t disappoint as he is just as darling and adorable as his older siblings!

When I photographed Little Callie’s newborn session a couple years ago, I captured some of my favourite family photos of the time.
